RETURN POLICY effective January 13, 2008:
I really want you to be happy with your purchase but if for any reason you would like to return your item, here is the policy:

• 1-13-08: Monogrammed or custom brands are non-refundable
• Please contact us via our online contact form (click here) to request a return authorization.
• Custom products (monogrammed brands, monogrammed plates) are not refundable
• Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, merchandise must be unused with tags still attached.
• Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging.
• Please mail your package to the address listed on the packing slip.
• Please do not return merchandise used or without tags. An additional 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the credit for product returned used or unpackaged.
• The original shipping charges are not refundable.
• Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs
